The service

Pristine Site designs and builds websites based on the package and project scope you approve. The specific pages, features, and deliverables for your project are confirmed during intake or in writing before the build begins.

First design commitment

We aim to provide your initial homepage design within 24 hours after receiving a complete brief and the materials needed to begin. If we miss that commitment, the initial design is free.

Revisions and refunds

Each package includes the revision rounds shown at purchase. If the project is still not a fit after those included revisions, you may request a full refund. Approved refunds are processed within five business days, although your bank may take longer to post the credit.

Payment and ownership

Prices are shown before checkout. You receive full ownership of the final design, code, and original content created for the project after final payment. Third-party materials, software, and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Hosting

Free Vercel hosting is included for the lifetime of our service relationship. Domain registration, premium third-party services, paid software, and usage outside the included hosting are not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and the content or permissions needed for the project. You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, trademarks, customer data, or other materials you provide.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pristine Site is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
